I think it may have been a British film. The main character was a film documentary director whose production company kept cutting his budget. He began to have ED and the film was about how he was trying to cure it. He went to all of his old girlfriends' to see why he could never be in a lasting relationship. There was a scene where he walked around town asking women to have sex with him because he ODed on Viagra. In the end he met a really sweet girl and finally got over all his stuff.
