What was that old art film with a vivid picture of an eyeball being slashed with a razor?

There was an old black and white art film, (or at least, I believe it's art) where there was a woman sitting in a chair with a man standing behind her. The man reaches down and pulls open her eye, and slices across it with a razor blade. The film is, I think, silent, and must have been done quite a while ago, for it was grainy when I saw it, although I am assuming that.

If anyone can identify what the film is, that would be great.|||un chen andalou, it was from the 30's and written and directed by louis brunei and salvador dali.|||It was done by Salvador Dali, a Spanish artist, who was said to be schizophrenic. Pretty gruesome, right?
